Fantasy Survivor Series Card #4

What a fun, wild ride it has been.  Now it’s time to reveal the fourth and final Survivor Series card.  This one has the most used wrestlers out of any of the four cards and this one is just a fun show all around.  Did your favorite WWE Hall of Famer make the card?  Or are you upset that I didn’t use a person at all?  Let’s not wait let’s get into the show.

Main Event:

Hulk Hogan (Captain), Randy Savage, Ultimate Warrior, Ricky Steamboat & Hacksaw Jim Duggan vs. Ric Flair (Captain), Buddy Rogers, Gorgeous George, Superstar Billy Graham & Paul Orndorff

For the most part this main event was real easy to put together.  Take one team of five the most popular wrestlers of all time and have them face five of the most arrogant wrestlers to ever set foot inside a wrestling ring.  I’m sure some of you might question the selection of Jim Duggan into this match but he is still popular to this day that he had to be put in this match.  This would be a very interesting main event with fans wondering if the partners could get together or not.

Second Match:

Stone Cold Steve Austin (Captain), Shawn Michaels, Roddy Piper, Kevin Nash & Scott Hall vs. Barry Windham (Captain), Greg Valentine, Sgt. Slaughter, Booker T & Harley Race

This match I had no idea what it would become but after completing the first team I figured I can do a match between former Intercontinental champions and United States champions.  Lot of gold here when you combine just these ten men alone.  So many legends and dream matches in this match, it could very well blow people’s minds.

Third Match:

Dusty Rhodes (Captain), Andre the Giant, Eddie Guerrero, Pedro Morales & Bob Backlund vs. Jake Roberts (Captain), Big John Studd, Mr. Perfect, Don Muraco & Bob Orton Jr.

What an interesting match this is, especially with the mix of recent Hall of Famers and past Hall of Famers.  It was tough to pick the captain between Dusty Rhodes and Andre the Giant but in the end I think Dusty would be the better choice as captain.  I felt bad leaving Eddie Guerrero out of the previous card that if I didn’t have him in this one I would get scolded by the fans, so putting Eddie in this match was real easy.  On the other side, imagine the promos from the team led by Jake Roberts, wow that would be must watch television to hype this match.  Hell, the promos by both teams leading to this match would be amazing.  This might be the match I would want to see the most as a fan.

Fourth Match:

Road Warriors (Captains), The Bushwhackers, Tito Santana & Ivan Putski, Jack & Gerald Brisco and Tony Atlas & Rocky Johnson vs. The Wild Samoans (Captains), The Blackjacks, Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard, Nikolai Volkoff & Iron Sheik and Dory Funk Jr. & Terry Funk

Now if this isn’t the definition of a loaded match then I don’t know what is.  Imagine seeing one more time the Brisco brothers and the Funk brothers dueling it out.  Imaging Atlas and Johnson facing once again the Wild Samoans.  Imagine Santana and Putski against Anderson and Blanchard.  Just so much talent all around, it’s crazy.

Fifth Match:

Fritz Von Erich (Captain), David Von Erich, Kevin Von Erich, Kerry Von Erich & Mike Von Erich vs. Stu Hart (Captain), Bret Hart, Abdullah the Butcher, Jerry Lawler & Ted DiBiase

Originally, there were going to be four matches, but I noticed I had left Bret Hart off the card.  So I created one more match this time featuring all of the Von Erich’s against men who at one point in time or another, have had a feud or trained with the Harts.  Yes it is sort of funny that Jerry Lawler is on the same team with Stu and Bret Hart but if you ignore that you have a very well all around match.

That is the last card, it is now time for you the fans to vote on which card you thought was THE BEST put all around card.  Is there one that was that much better then any other?  Was there one where I missed the boat?  You tell us and on the Thanksgiving Eve episode of That Wrestling Show, I’ll announce the winning card.
