Tessa Blanchard challenges Sami Callihan for Impact World Title

All eyes will be focused on Dallas, Texas this Sunday, January 12, as IMPACT Wrestling presents HARD TO KILL, live on pay-per-view originating from The Bomb Factory – with pro wrestling history on the line!

 

With an overflow crowd expected, third-generation wrestler Tessa Blanchard challenges Sami Callihan for the prestigious World Championship.  Blanchard is looking to become the first woman to hold the World Championship of a major pro wrestling company.

Blanchard has followed her dad (Tully Blanchard), her step-father (Magnum TA) and her grandfather (Joe Blanchard) into the squared-circle. She has battled and feuded for about eight months with Callihan, the leader of oVe and reigning World Champion.

 

The Blanchard-Callihan rivalry has been very personal, very physical.

 

HARD TO KILL features seven other action-packed matches, including a World Tag Team Championship match pitting the reigning champions, The North (Ethan Page and Josh Alexander), against Rich Swann and Willie Mack.

 

In addition, HARD TO KILL features a match between powerhouse Brian Cage and longtime wrestler Rob Van Dam, and RVD will be accompanied to the ring by Katie Forbes.
