Monday Night RAW review 9-6
The past couple of weeks of Monday Night RAW have been going in the right direction, but what have you done for me lately? Well this past week’s RAW has been steady, but steady is not bad. Steady for a while may be bad, but not quite yet.
The tag team turmoil match Was what I expected, it was a good match and I’m happy fresh faces such as MVP and Lashley to the tag team circle. The stop in the middle of the match because of the attacks on New Day and Mansoor by Mace and T-bar was actually a breath of fresh air because I don’t think I ever saw a stoppage in the middle of a turmoil match.
The match between Nia Jax and Charlotte Flair was decent, but one thing I saw that I was ind of perturbed about is the interaction between Jax and Shayna Baszler. I realize the pool in the women’s tag team division is not exactly deep, but these two really need to split up. They had a decent run as a tag team and at their hight not many where as dominant, but these two aren’t exactly New Day, and shouldn’t be dragged on as such.
Shamus and Drew McIntyre had a good match and I’m looking forward to seeing Shamus and Damian Priest for the US title.
All in all RAW wasn’t especially good, but at the same time it wasn’t bad. It stayed the course, which at this time I think is a strong showing and should be watched
Well there’s the bell, so for now, I’m Ted Gram, and you just went to Grammar School.
